NIACOM founded in 2017 by Timothy Brightstone, PhD to perform Research and Development services for telco providers and large enterprises which requires high-quality, telco grade telecommunications equipment based on mobile wireless connectivity such as routers, gateways, switching equipment and base stations.
In time, NIACOM launched a production facility in order to enable hardware manufacturing services to its clients in Michigan, USA.
In 2020, NIACOM reached to a yearly revenue of 11M $ with 183 employees, 1 manufacturing facility and 4 global offices in Michigan/USA, Milan/Italy, Dubai/UAE and Istanbul/Turkey.
In 2022, NIACOM Inc. and all its subsidiaries, acquired by BOHA Group Turkey and the HQ is moved to Istanbul/Turkey.
NIACOM is now a leader on Research & Development and manufacturing Telco grade equipment and also lighting solutions which was added under the production portfolio in 2022.
NIACOM is currently running more than 300K units active telecom equipment with own hardware and software globally.
NIACOM also provides its know-how and experience with its customized OEM/ODM products and services to many well-known technology pioneers all around the world.
